Day 1

Welcome

Good morning and welcome aboard! Africa Brute’s crew welcomes you to one of the capitals of the Republic of South Africa – Johannesburg. From the airport, we head straight to the safari lodge, so it’s just about a 5-hour journey, and dinner in the savannah is already set!

Day 2

Meeting the Big Five

Early rise, a cup of coffee with local rusks, and seating in khaki-colored vehicles (just like those safari pictures) and off we go to the call of the wild. This day will stay in your hearts for a long time, as meeting the Big Five and other inhabitants of Kruger National Park will impress even the most seasoned travelers.

Day 3

Getting to Know Cape Town

Last breakfast in the savannah. Take a deep breath of this morning freshness. But don’t be sad. We’re flying to Cape Town – a city with a crazy character! After checking in at the hotel, we head to dinner at a waterfront restaurant on the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Here you’ll find city lights, African musicians, and incredibly delicious seafood.

DAY
4

Day 4

Botanical Garden and Table Mountain

Shall we raise a glass right after breakfast? In the Western Cape province, not only can you, but you must 🙂 A robust Shiraz and a greenish-fruity Sauvignon Blanc at South Africa’s oldest winery will pleasantly relax and set the mood for the next location: one of the world’s largest botanical gardens – Kirstenbosch. And then, a meeting with the local celebrity – Table Mountain!

Day 5

Cape of Good Hope and Penguins

Have a hearty breakfast, as we have a short hike to the southernmost tip of the continent waiting for us. This day will gift you with a photo with a sign saying “Cape of Good Hope”. And of course, the penguins on Boulder’s Beach will be happy to welcome new visitors. Most likely, you’ll already have enough emotions, but we’ve prepared a traditional dinner with a drum performance.

DAY
6

Day 6

Hermanus

One of our favorite spots in all our travels – the enchanting town of Hermanus. On the way, we’ll stop at a steampunk-style railway market. Then, once we arrive, we’ll go on a hike to mountain lakes, where you can bathe in water the color of cola. After a well-deserved lunch with incredible views, we’ll take you to the beach to relax and soak up some vitamin D.

DAY
7

Day 7

Stellenbosch and Wineries

We conclude the first week with a trip to the so-called wine lands of the Western Cape. The European town of Stellenbosch will welcome you with its elegant buildings and green vineyards. Shall we glide on Segways through the mountain valley?

DAY

Day 8

Franschhoek Wine Tram

Get your liver ready 😄 We’re heading to the French corner on a wine tram. The journey consists of 5 wine farms, each offering wine tasting and pairings (nougat, oysters, cheese, etc.). Forget about everything and savor the moment!

DAY

Day 9

Bo-Kaap and New Year's Eve on a Catamaran

Our return to Cape Town starts with a close encounter with sea lions. We bet they’ve never performed tricks in the water right next to you before? These sea pups know how to surprise new friends. After this activity, we’ll move on to the historical vintage district of Bo-Kaap, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the culture of the Cape Malays and prepare curry under the guidance of a wonderful woman. In the evening, don’t forget to dress up, as we’ll ring in the New Year on a catamaran with fireworks and champagne and end the year with a festive dinner on the same Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

DAY
10

Day 10

Clifton Beach

We know that today everyone would like to spend a leisurely first day of the year, so it’s time to relax on the beach and take a dip in the waters of the Atlantic!
